“Million Dollar” Chicken Bacon Ranch Chicken Salad (Wrap + Pinwheel Gold)

Creamy, crunchy, salty, and actually satisfying—this chicken bacon ranch chicken salad is made for wraps, pinwheels, and snack plates. The apple + ranch combo makes it taste like you meant to do it on purpose. 😈
Big bowl — about 8–10 servings (depending how you serve it)
Prep Time:
15 minutes
Level:
Beginner- 4 cups shredded chicken - 6–10 slices bacon, cooked and chopped (to taste) - 1 apple, chopped small - 2–3 celery stalks, chopped small - ½ cup mayonnaise - ½ cup sour cream (the tang so it isn’t mayo-flavored move) - 1–2 Tbsp ranch powder (start with 1 Tbsp, then taste + adjust) - 1 cup shredded cheese (Mexican blend works great) - Salt to taste

This is the chicken salad that disappears first. It’s creamy but not “all mayo,” salty from bacon, crunchy from celery, and the chopped apple is the little sweet-tang thing that makes people keep eating it even when they swore they were just making one wrap. It’s lunch prep, party pinwheels, snack plates, and “I need something real in the fridge” all in one bowl. No complicated steps—just taste it like you’re the boss and adjust until it hits. 😈
