Bacon Fried Cabbage

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Lay bacon on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 15–20 minutes, until crispy. Set aside on paper towels to cool.
Carefully spoon about 2 tablespoons of bacon grease into a large skillet and heat over medium heat.
Wash and dry cabbage, then chop into bite-sized pieces (about 1-inch).
Add cabbage to the skillet. Season with onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and white pepper. Toss well to coat.
Cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cabbage is tender and lightly browned.
Crumble bacon and stir into the cabbage. Cook 1–2 minutes more, then serve warm.
