Beef Au Jus Gravy Powder

This Beef Au Jus Gravy Powder is the shortcut you’ll keep in the pantry. Mix it once, store it in a jar, and whenever you need a fast au jus for French dip sandwiches, roast beef, or mashed potatoes—just whisk it into hot water and simmer until smooth.
Ingredients
4 tablespoons beef bouillon powder
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoons dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
To make the dry mix:
Add beef bouillon powder, cornstarch, onion powder, dried parsley, garlic powder, and black pepper to a bowl.
Whisk until completely combined.
Store in an airtight jar or container.
To make au jus (when ready to use):
Whisk 2 tablespoons of the mix into 2 cups hot water in a small saucepan.
Bring to a gentle simmer, whisking, and cook 2–3 minutes until smooth and slightly thickened.
Add a splash more water to thin, or simmer 1–2 minutes longer to thicken.
