Blackening Seasoning

This Homemade Blackening Seasoning is bold, smoky, and easy to mix in minutes. It’s perfect for creating that dark, flavorful crust on chicken, fish, pork, or roasted vegetables. Mix a jar once, then keep it on hand for quick weeknight flavor.
Ingredients
2 tablespoons sweet paprika
2 tablespoons smoked paprika
2 tablespoons cumin
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
Instructions
Add all spices to a small bowl or jar.
Stir or shake until evenly blended and no clumps remain.
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
