This Brown Sugar Pineapple Glazed Ham is a classic centerpiece dish that’s easy to prepare and full of flavor. A simple glaze of brown sugar, pineapple juice, and honey mustard caramelizes as it bakes, creating a sweet, tangy finish that pairs perfectly with the savory ham. Ingredients
2–3 lb ham
½ cup honey mustard
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup pineapple juice
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Place ham in a baking dish or roasting pan.
In a bowl, whisk together honey mustard, brown sugar, and pineapple juice until smooth.
Pour the glaze evenly over the ham, making sure it is well coated.
Bake uncovered, basting with the glaze every 20 minutes, until heated through and the glaze is caramelized, about 45–60 minutes depending on size.
Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
