This Fajita seasoning is a simple, bold blend with smoky depth and just enough edge to keep things interesting. Ingredients

1 tablespoon chili powder


2 teaspoons ground cumin


2 teaspoons smoked paprika


2 teaspoons garlic powder


1 teaspoon onion powder


1 teaspoon granulated sugar


½ teaspoon salt


½ teaspoon black pepper


¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl or jar.

  2. Stir or shake until fully combined.

  3. Transfer to an airtight container.

  4. Label and store in a cool, dry place.
