This Creamy Sugar Rush Peach Pepper Sauce is a bold, sweet-and-spicy condiment that adds instant flavor to chicken, fish, bowls, tacos, and dips. Sugar Rush Peach peppers bring bright heat and fruity sweetness, while honey smooths the edges. If you want a gentler sauce, you can blend in sweet peppers for a milder, creamier finish.

Ingredients

30 ripe Sugar Rush Peach peppers

Oil, for cooking (small amount)

¼ cup oil (for blending)

Pinch of salt

4 tablespoons honey

Optional: 1½ sweet peppers (orange or yellow), diced

Optional: ½ cup water

Optional: 3 cups prepared Sugar Rush Peach pepper sauce

Instructions

  1. In a well-ventilated area, heat a small amount of oil in a covered pot over medium heat. Add Sugar Rush Peach peppers and cook 15–20 minutes, until softened. Let cool.

  2. Measure 1½ cups of the cooked peppers into a blender. Add ¼ cup oil, a pinch of salt, and honey. Blend until smooth.

  3. Optional (for a milder sauce): Cook diced sweet peppers in a small amount of oil until soft, then blend with ½ cup water until smooth.

  4. If using the optional mild version, blend the sweet pepper mixture into the Sugar Rush Peach mixture.

  5. Optional (for a larger batch): Gradually blend in 3 cups prepared Sugar Rush Peach pepper sauce until creamy and fully combined.

  6. Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
