These Crispy Pork Carnitas start with citrus-seasoned pork cooked until tender, then finished in a hot skillet for perfectly caramelized edges. The combination of lime, orange, and warm spices creates rich flavor while keeping the pork juicy inside and crispy outside. Ideal for tacos, burritos, or meal prep.
