Crockpot Honey Mustard Pork Chops

These Crockpot Honey Mustard Pork Chops are an easy dinner that tastes like you tried harder than you did. The pork cooks low and slow in a sweet-tangy honey mustard sauce, turning out tender and flavorful with almost no prep. Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or steamed veggies to soak up the sauce.
Ingredients
1 cup honey mustard dressing
1 cup water
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon mustard powder
5 pork chops
Instructions
In a bowl, whisk honey mustard dressing, water, pepper, garlic powder, and mustard powder until smooth.
Place pork chops in the slow cooker and pour the sauce over the top.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours (or HIGH for 3 hours), until pork is tender and cooked through.
Spoon sauce over the pork chops before serving.
