Crockpot Roast Beef (Big-Roast Batch)

This crockpot roast beef is built for big batch days. One oversized roast turns into multiple dinners, freezer portions, and flexible meal bases. Cooking it low and slow with plenty of seasoning and broth keeps it flavorful, shred-ready, and easy to repurpose all week.
Ingredients
• 1 large beef roast
• 1/2 cup beef bouillon (homemade or store-bought)
• 3 Tbsp Italian seasoning
• 1 Tbsp garlic powder
• 1 Tbsp onion powder
• 2 tsp salt
• 2 tsp black pepper
• 4 cups beef broth
• 3 Tbsp ranch powder
Instructions
Place beef roast into the crockpot.
Sprinkle beef bouillon, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and ranch powder evenly over the roast.
Pour beef broth around the roast.
Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours, especially for a very large roast.
Shred or slice the beef and portion with cooking juices for meals or freezing.
