Greek Lemon Pork Chops

These Greek Lemon Pork Chops are simple, bright, and packed with herby flavor. Season the chops, add lemon slices, and freeze so dinner is ready when you are. Cook in a skillet, on the grill, or in the oven, then rest before serving for juicy pork every time.
Ingredients
4 pork chops
1 tablespoon Greek seasoning
1–2 teaspoons salt (to taste)
4 lemon slices
1 tablespoon oil (for cooking)
Instructions
Pat pork chops dry. Season both sides with Greek seasoning and salt.
For freezer prep: Place pork chops and lemon slices in a freezer-safe bag. Label and freeze.
To cook: Thaw overnight in the refrigerator.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil.
Cook pork chops 3–4 minutes per side, until browned and internal temperature reaches 145°F.
Rest 5 minutes before serving. Squeeze or serve with the lemon slices.
