Hawaiian Chicken Sandwiches

These Hawaiian Chicken Sandwiches are an easy slow-cooker meal with big sweet-and-savory flavor. The chicken cooks low and slow in a BBQ-based sauce until it’s tender enough to shred, then gets piled onto toasted buns for a simple, crowd-friendly dinner.
Ingredients
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup BBQ sauce
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
3–4 chicken breasts
Toasted buns
Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together Worcestershire sauce, BBQ sauce, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker and pour the sauce mixture over the top, turning to coat.
Cover and cook on low for 5–6 hours, until the chicken is very tender.
Remove chicken and shred with two forks, then stir back into the sauce in the slow cooker.
Toast buns until lightly crisp, then spoon the shredded chicken onto buns and serve.
