Homemade Italian Seasoning

This Homemade Italian Seasoning is a simple pantry blend that adds instant flavor to everyday meals. Stir it into sauces, sprinkle it on pizza, or toss it with vegetables and chicken before roasting. Mix once, store in a jar, and use it anytime you want that classic Italian herb flavor.
Ingredients
2 tablespoons dried basil
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon dried rosemary
1 tablespoon dried marjoram
1 tablespoon dried thyme
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
Add basil, oregano, rosemary, marjoram, thyme, and red pepper flakes (if using) to a bowl.
Stir or whisk until evenly combined.
Pour into an airtight jar and store in a cool, dry place.
Use 1–2 teaspoons in sauces, marinades, soups, or on roasted vegetables.
