This homemade poultry seasoning is a simple, all-purpose blend I keep on hand for everyday chicken and turkey. It’s mild, herby, and kid-friendly, with no heat unless you choose to add it. I mixed this batch using whatever was clean and nearby (yes, kids’ medicine dispensers), because this is meant to be practical, not precious — a grab-and-go seasoning that makes weeknight cooking automatic.
