These Jalapeño Popper Tacos are a freezer-friendly twist on classic popper flavor—creamy, tangy, and just spicy enough. A simple cream cheese and sour cream filling gets seasoned with ranch, garlic, and onion, then rolled into small tortillas and frozen. Bake straight from frozen for a quick snack, appetizer, or easy dinner.

Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese (softened)1 cup sour cream3 jalapeños, diced1 tablespoon ranch seasoning1 teaspoon salt2 teaspoons garlic (minced or garlic powder)1 teaspoon onion powderSmall tortillas (about 12)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, diced jalapeños, ranch seasoning, salt, garlic, and onion powder until smooth.

  2. Spoon filling into small tortillas and roll them up tightly.

  3. Place rolled tacos in a single layer on a baking sheet and freeze until solid.

  4. Transfer frozen tacos to a freezer-safe bag or container. Freeze up to 3 months.

  5. When ready to eat, preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake frozen tacos for 20–25 minutes, or until heated through and crispy.
