This Jamaican jerk seasoning is warm, spicy, and deeply flavorful, built with classic Caribbean spices and herbs. Ingredients

1 tablespoon onion powder


1 tablespoon garlic powder


2 teaspoons cayenne pepper


2 teaspoons salt


2 teaspoons ground black pepper


2 teaspoons dried thyme


2 teaspoons granulated sugar


1 teaspoon allspice


1 teaspoon dried parsley


1 teaspoon paprika


½ teaspoon red pepper flakes


½ teaspoon ground cinnamon


½ teaspoon ground nutmeg


½ teaspoon ground cloves


¼ teaspoon ground cumin

Instructions
