Lemon Pepper Pork Chops

These Lemon Pepper Pork Chops are one of the easiest freezer meals to keep on hand for busy nights. Pork chops are seasoned with lemon pepper and salt, paired with fresh lemon slices, and frozen until you’re ready. Thaw and cook by grilling, baking, or pan-frying for a bright, zesty dinner with minimal effort.
Ingredients
4 pork chops
1 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning
4 lemon slices
1–2 teaspoons salt (to taste)
Instructions
Season pork chops on both sides with lemon pepper seasoning and salt.
Place pork chops and lemon slices into a freezer-safe bag. Seal, removing excess air.
Freeze until ready to use.
When ready to cook, thaw and grill, bake, or pan-fry until pork reaches 145°F (63°C) internal temperature. Rest a few minutes before serving.
