Lemon Pepper Seasoning

This Lemon Pepper Seasoning is bright, zesty, and way fresher than most store-bought blends. Dehydrated lemon zest brings real citrus flavor, while black pepper, salt, garlic, and onion keep it savory and balanced. Sprinkle it on chicken, seafood, roasted vegetables, or potatoes.
Ingredients
2 tablespoons dehydrated lemon zest
2 teaspoons black pepper
1½ teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
If using fresh lemon zest: Spread zest on a baking sheet and dry at 200°F for about 30 minutes, until fully dehydrated.
In a small bowl, combine dehydrated lemon zest, black pepper, salt, onion powder, and garlic powder.
Stir until evenly mixed.
Store in an airtight jar in a cool, dry place.
