Mustard Glazed Pork Chops

These Mustard Glazed Pork Chops are a quick oven dinner with big flavor. A simple glaze of Dijon mustard, honey, and garlic bakes onto the pork chops, creating a caramelized, tangy-sweet crust. Easy, reliable, and perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients
4 pork chops
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon minced garlic
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a small bowl, mix Dijon mustard, honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
Place pork chops in a baking dish and brush the glaze over both sides.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until pork reaches 145°F (63°C) internal temperature.
Rest 3–5 minutes before serving.
