Ingredients

4 pork chops


2 tablespoons Dijon mustard


2 tablespoons honey


1 teaspoon minced garlic


Salt, to taste


Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a small bowl, mix Dijon mustard, honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.

  3. Place pork chops in a baking dish and brush the glaze over both sides.

  4. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until pork reaches 145°F (63°C) internal temperature.

  5. Rest 3–5 minutes before serving.
