Peri Peri Lemon Fish is a fast, flavorful way to make dinner feel exciting without extra work. Season mild white fish with peri peri and a squeeze of lemon, freeze it as a ready-to-cook meal, then bake, grill, or pan-sear whenever you need a quick protein.

Ingredients

4 tilapia fillets (or other white fish)


1 tablespoon peri peri seasoning


Salt, to taste


4 lemon slices

Instructions

  1. Pat fish dry. Season both sides with peri peri seasoning and a pinch of salt.

  2. Place one lemon slice on each fillet.

  3. For freezer prep: Place fillets (with lemon) into a freezer-safe bag or container and freeze.

  4. To cook: Thaw overnight in the fridge, then choose one method below.

  5. Bake: 375°F for 15–20 minutes, until fish flakes easily.

  6. Pan-sear: Cook in a lightly oiled skillet over medium heat 3–5 minutes per side.

  7. Grill: Medium-high heat 4–5 minutes per side.
