This Philly Cheesesteak with Bell Peppers is an easy slow cooker version of a classic sandwich. Thin-sliced steak simmers with onions, bell peppers, Worcestershire, and beef broth until tender and flavorful. Pile it onto toasted buns and finish with melted cheese for a simple, satisfying meal.

Ingredients

1 cup sliced onion and bell pepper

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

2 lb thinly sliced round steak

2 cups beef broth

Buns, for serving

Cheese, for serving

Instructions

1. Add sliced onion and bell pepper, Worcestershire sauce, thin-sliced steak, and beef broth to a slow cooker.


2. Cook on LOW for 5–6 hours, until the steak is tender.
