Ingredients

4 pork chops

1 stick butter

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon minced garlic

2 sprigs fresh rosemary

1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

1. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil and minced garlic and cook 1–2 minutes, just until fragrant.

2. Add rosemary sprigs to the skillet.

3. Add pork chops and cook 3–5 minutes per side, until browned and cooked through (145°F / 63°C internal temp).

4. Sprinkle salt over the pork chops and spoon some of the rosemary-garlic butter over the top.

5. For freezer prep: Let the pork chops and pan sauce cool. Pour sauce over the pork chops, transfer to a freezer-safe bag, seal, and freeze.
