Sweet Potato Fries with Cream Cheese Dip

These Sweet Potato Fries are crispy on the outside, soft in the middle, and ridiculously good dipped in a sweet maple cream cheese sauce. The quick par-boil helps the fries cook evenly, then frying gives you that crunchy finish. Great as a snack, party bite, or side dish.
Ingredients
⅓ cup dry buttermilk powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
2 teaspoons dried parsley
1½ teaspoons dried dill
1–1½ teaspoons dried chives
1 teaspoon fine sea salt
½ teaspoon sugar
¼ teaspoon cracked black pepper (or to taste)
Instructions
Add buttermilk powder, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, dill, chives, salt, sugar, and black pepper to a bowl.
Whisk until evenly combined.
Pour into an airtight jar and store in a cool, dry place.
To make ranch dressing: Mix 2 tablespoons ranch powder with ½ cup mayonnaise and ½ cup sour cream or plain yogurt. Add a splash of milk or lemon juice to thin if needed.
