Ingredients
1 salmon fillet (about 6 oz)1 teaspoon Cajun seasoningSalt, to taste1 orange, slicedOlive oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place salmon on a sheet of foil.
Season both sides with Cajun seasoning and a pinch of salt.
Top with an orange slice (or two).
Drizzle lightly with olive oil.
