Ingredients

3 lb pork roast

1 packet au jus seasoning

1 packet ranch seasoning

1 cup pickled pepperoncini

1 stick butter

1 cup beef broth

Instructions

1. Place the pork roast into an Instant Pot or slow cooker.


2. Add the au jus seasoning, ranch seasoning, pickled pepperoncini, butter, and beef broth.


3. Cook on high pressure for 50 minutes, or until the pork is tender.


4. Shred the pork and mix it with the cooking juices.
